Signs Your Baby Could Benefit From Occupational Therapy Include:
What is Infant Occupational Therapy?
Occupational therapy for infants helps build the foundations for movement, feeding, regulation, and connection. An infant OT looks at how your baby’s body, nervous system, and environment work together so that your baby can participate in their daily activities— feeding, sleeping, pooping, and playing. We use hands-on support, intentional play, and caregiver coaching to make daily routines like feeding, tummy time, and sleep feel easier.
Our Approach to OT:
Every session follows your baby’s cues. Our approach is:
Whole-body and root-cause focused. Movement, feeding, and sleep are often connected.
Regulation-first. The nervous system is the starting point for learning new skills.
Hands-on. Includes craniosacral therapy and myofascial release when appropriate.
Relationship-centered. Infant mental health, attachment, and attunement are important for progress.
Anti-overwhelm. Simple and sustainable plans for home.
